On behalf of the Facilities Management department, services have included: acting as the back-up Furniture Coordinator, overseeing tenant improvement projects, providing strategic planning & conceptual design and completing detailed furniture layouts and move management.

The Welcome Centre is a students’ first point of contact upon arriving at the University of Victoria.  After facilitating a workshop with multiple user groups, which enabled an in-depth examination of their space requirements and critical adjacencies, a conceptual layout was created.

The Bob Wright Centre was a new building which required furniture inventory through to detailed space planning for multiple department groups relocating from various locations.
